Growing small plants in the balcony

I have been growing plants in my balcony for the past one year. One belongs to the sunflower family and the other is the pine tree variety. The flower plant needs regular water, missing which, it shows it's depression by wilting. So as I get up in the morning, I make it a habit to water her first. The pine leaf variety needs not much of water monitoring. I have named these plants, though I don't call them frequently by their names.
