When Container Planting, one might think of a "blue-million" different things that can go wrong. How much is a "blue-million"?
Who knows? We don't care. Because it's a lot more simpler than that.
There are a few things you have to keep in mind for container garden planting. The proper container selection, choosing great container soil, and choosing the right plants for your sun or shade location...as well as choosing your container gardening design.
Most local nurseries and greenhouses will carry the flowers for your container garden which are well suited for your planting zone. However, for your convenience, we've included a plant zones map to aide you in locating yours.
Use the following gardening videos as sort of a..."planting guide." They include container, soil, and flower selection ideas and instructions. Hopefully many ideas for container gardening will pop into your head.

This garden video has a neat Container Gardening Tip for making your own Container Gardening Soil. But never fear, something such as Miracle Grow Potting Mix, which is readily available and pre-mixed, is a great choice.

Think your potted plant is Root-Bound? (Root-Bound definition: Roots are growing in a circular pattern, horizontally around the container instead of vertically)
Lightly loosen the roots away from the outside of the soil. Do this on all four sides. This will help the roots start growing in their natural (vertical) pattern.
