A container that's overflowing with color and action. Love it!

A slate-gray wall background makes the riot of colors in this container combination stand out.

Brightly colored annuals in an analogous color scheme fill this lined-moss basket.

Blue and pink lobelia and vivid purple calibrachoa trail down the front of the basket.

Their color is intense and saturated, and it blends well with the pink petunia and diascia.

Red alonsoa stands out in the back, breaking the color scheme. A single bright yellow cosmos pops on one side and draws one’s attention.

The annuals in this container grow in sun to part sun, require average moisture and regular fertilizing, with either a balanced or a bloom booster formula to keep them blooming through the gardening season.

A moss-lined basket container tends to get dry quickly, so adding water-retentive crystals to the potting mix will cut watering needs.

All the annuals in this combination will benefit from a midsummer shearing if they slow down their flower production. Petunia needs deadheading. It's a good idea to pinch it back to keep it looking bushy.
